Shipping policy

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Made to order or custom work can take several to ship. Due to the nature of ceramic work, I cannot guarantee a ship date on made-to-order items.

Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and domestic orders generally arrive 3 days after shipping. 

Once the piece leaves my studio, I unfortunately have no insight into what USPS does with it from there. I will have the same tracking information you do. 

I cannot be responsible for packages that are “Delivered” via your carrier. If your shipment is showing as delivered in the carrier’s system but you have not received it you will need to open a claim via the carrier. I recommend having your items shipped to wherever is safest and most convenient for you to receive your package during normal delivery hours to avoid theft or mis-delivery.
